- Coached fellow students on preparing and enhancing speeches, Critiqued their work and improved it

- Stepped in to lead biweekly meetings in the absence of the head coach

- Planned and executed tournaments including the Colorado 4A State Tournament

- 4x State qualifier, 2x national qualifier

- Created New avenues for fundraising including a popcorn-selling fundraiser

- Established "DECA Night", a monthly fundraised event

- Maintained finances for DECA Coffee Shop
