Supported overall facility operations by seamlessly bridging the gap between residents and the multidisciplinary team, ensuring the consistent delivery of medical and clinical care plans.

Promoting a structured and clinical environment that focused on coordinated applications that guided clients through difficult periods in their lives through organized planning that helped them work through their day built around a guidance for sobriety and healing. In doing this it teaches the clients how to create new and structured habits built around managing their lives through counseling, meetings, and activities that promote care implementation.

Made repairs when needed. Cleaned properties from top to bottom and also did landscaping.

Was also very involved with the Community Outreach program.
