Assisted Store Manager in growing business on new store opening from $4.6M (2022) to $8M (2024).
Write weekly store schedules, manage timesheets daily & make necessary adjustments to achieve payroll targets.
Utilize all available reporting to analyze business trends, create action plans and share opportunities with the store team. Coordinate with appropriate partners to plan to minimize business risk and maximize business potential.
Regularly review client feedback via client survey; celebrate or coach the team as needed, taking action on all client-related issues/feedback.
Manage all merchandising concepts and sales floor visuals to ensure they are within company standard.
Proactively recruit a diverse team for various store positions, executing & overseeing the full hiring process from interviews, offer letters, and background checks through onboarding.
Write and deliver annual performance reviews for direct reports as well as conduct career development conversations regularly throughout the year.
Assist Store Manager with maintaining appropriate budget and quantity of supplies, testers, and samples for the store.
Support District Manager by hosting a monthly conference call to collaborate with district Leaders resulting in overall district increasing from not achieving goal to achieving highest level goal within 4 months. Also hand selected by DM to represent district on corporate lead SOUL conference call as recognition for strong ability with driving district loyalty.
