- Break open flanges, remove old filters, install new filters, and re-close the flanges.
- Inspect filter housings for damage, wear on the gaskets, or mechanical issues before and after tasks.
- Coordinated with operators and control room staff to ensure units are properly isolated and depressurized.
- Adhered to lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure operator safety during maintenance tasks.
- Use industrial tools such as impacts, wrenches, and channel locks.
- Safely operate skid steer to transport and dump hoppers full of old filters within units.
- Documented completed work and reported issues impacting production and safety to ensure operational reliability.
