My daily task include attending a morning POD meeting as well as filling out daily progress reports and pictures to project teams. I report any concerns to my construction managerand we come up with a solution together for the problem and we meet with the epc to discuss it.

Over saw the installation of all AC and DC cables throughout the site . Preformed quality inspections throughout the build to insure the EPC was following the plans and were on time to complete by the completion date. I reported any concerns to the construction manager and weekly reports to the PM . Insured the EPC was building the site in a safe and timely manner.

• Facilitated regular team meetings, promoting transparency and alignment on organizational goals.

• Utilized keen insight and proven past successes to lead an organized collaboration of proper PV array plant install techniques. Ability to easily relate with employees in demonstrating proper and safe techniques resulting in broadening scope of work and increasing team's work skillset. Advanced knowledge in all phases of the PV plant build from civil to mechanical to following proper quality guidelines to reduce waste and increase electrical production. Work with team to enforce and teach safe work practices from setting inverters to LOTO procedures to implementing a cross functional mindset to ensure all work is done seamlessly as each craft should effectively communicate when relying on the task of others.

• Performed quality inspections throughout all phases of construction on a 50MVac Solar Power Plant. Participated in Initial Work Processes, Benchmarks, Inspection Test Planning as well as Training and Quality Control Inspection methods. Worked in coordination with the Owners group, EPC and the General Contractor to develop nonconformance remediation plans. Documented all inspection results using Procore.

• My job as a site superintendent is to make sure that we have all materials and supplies to finish the job on time. I also ensure that we have enough laborers to do the job as efficient as possible. I also turn in daily production reports and time sheets to ensure that everyone is accounted for on the job. I also work closely and communicate with the subcontractors and with the customer.

• I oversee the installation and termination of all string invertors and transformers on the solar sites that we build. I am also responsible for supervising and directing sub-contractors working on the sites. I have been with Strata for over two years and have helped with 17 projects from 1 meg up to 28 Meg's. I have dealt with overseeing crews to public relations with Strata. I have grown in my abilities to see a project through and as a person I have been given task that we are out of my comfort zone and got them completed without any problems.
