This entailed working with MTS Municipalities to build this project as it was parallel to the East Trolley Line. Work incorporated RFIs, assisted the PM with ASI pricing, QC, Safety, scheduling, Reviewed the submittals, weekly safety meeting, Owners meetings, inspections, Subcontractor scheduling, VE, and design/build assist with the architects.

Work entail RFIs, assisted the PM with ASI pricing, QC, Safety, scheduling, Reviewed the submittals, weekly safety meeting, Owners meetings, inspections, Subcontractor scheduling, VE, and design/build assist with the architects.

The Eastlake Collection consisted of twelve industrial buildings and two tenants Improvements. This was a 7 million, 82,000 sq. ft. project.
