- Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns
- Scheduled and performs emergency maintenance work
- Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert
- Maintenance to items
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current tenants, and promote a quality living experience for all residents
- Ensure that the physical aspects of the property meet the Company's established standards and any applicable laws
- Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Participate in Company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non- discrimination, and harassment prevention
- Ensure that work order requests are responded
- Responding to maintenance requests as instructed by the Service manager.
Inspect equipment and read order sheets to prepare for delivery to users
- Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software
- Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
- Read trade magazines and technical manuals, or attend conferences and seminars to maintain knowledge of hardware and software
- Hire, supervise, and direct workers engaged in special project work, problem solving, monitoring, and installing data communication equipment and software
- Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
