
Seasoned Equipment Operator gifted in equipment inspection, maintenance and operation. -Receive and sign off on incoming food orders.
-Check quality of products and make sure it all has arrived as ordered.
-Stock kitchens and any reserve cold, freezing and dry storages.
-Ensure walk-ins refrigerators, dry, and freezer storages are clean and organized.
-Log temperature of walk-ins everyday(HAACP).
-Communicate with the Chefs over any future menu changes or last minute adjustments based on the inventory we have/
-Currently have knowledge of DLH Banquets, Goofy`s Kitchen, Storyteller`s Cafe, Napa Rose, GCH Banquets, Craftsman Bar and Grill, and GCH Bake Shop
-Currently in training for Napa Rose receiving lead
