The 12 units under my direct supervision exceed our targeted labor budget by an 80-point margin and my current labor for 2016 has been reduced by 2%, without affecting efficiency.
  • Vendor and Product compliance increased by 6.5% for 2016. As the Regional Safety Coordinator, I am responsible for 38 food service operations and their compliance to company, state and federal health code policies, including all training in food and physical safety. This responsibility includes the oversight of three states in Safety compliance and Risk Management.
  • In 2016, all 38 units under my direction achieved Gold Standard in NSF Audits. My units include National Brands as well as account specific brands with additional new Food service projects to open in fall of 2016 and a complete renovation of Resident Dining to be completed in Fall of 2017.
