- Assisting coworkers

As a postal clerk, it was my responsibility to serve the community. During my time there, I built many strong bonds with my customers, and enjoyed taking care of their needs. I also worked other offices in my district when needed. My duties included:
- Delivering mail daily to my P.O. box holders in a timely manner
- Selling mailing and shipping supplies (stamps, envelopes, boxes, tape, etc.)
- Properly weighing packages to ensure the correct postage
- Creating and cashing money orders for customers
- Educating customers on their options for mailing
- Making a bank deposit every evening after business hours
