At North Shore Cafe I often was placed on the register because I enjoy talking to customers. I also enjoyed working the espresso machine. At the cafe we also had food, loose leaf tea and pastries. I had lots of customer service experience and also balanced a high volume of customers. I also trained a lot of the new employees.
At Tylers, I was a shift lead so i not only handled normal tasks such as getting ice cream for the customers, but I closed. With closing I was required rolls such as locking up and handling money at the end of the night.
