Volunteer Experience
100+ hours of volunteer work through Kiwanis International (May 2016-January 2019). Primarily worked seasonally at the Animal Rescue League, Miracle League, Amanda The Panda, Reggie’s Sleepout, and the Iowa Arboretum. I worked alongside other volunteers doing event coordination, homelessness advocacy, outdoor farm and gardening labor, and fundraising. There was a large emphasis in community empowerment and working with youth from diverse backgrounds.
