- Supervise the EOF program staff and provide ongoing training and professional development.
- Develop and administer budgets for the EOF Grant and Institutional Budgets.
- Coordinate with the Office of Student Financial Assistance regarding financial aid awards.
- Implement polices and procedures to facilitate the retention and graduation of EOF students.
- Assess and evaluate program components and submit required materials to the EOF Central Office and the OSHE team.
- Developed and led Bergen Community College's first EOF Leadership Conference, empowering students through workshops, mentorship, and networking.
- Collaborate with institutional partners to provide programming and support activities for EOF students.
- Enhance team collaboration through regular communication, goal setting, and performance evaluations.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal use of resources while maintaining financial stability.
- Implement innovative solutions to solve complex problems, resulting in increased productivity and streamlined operations.
- Write several applications for Special Project Grants for the EOF program to provide additional support during the fiscal year for the staff and students.
- Lead the EOF retention and engagement strategies, increasing the program enrollment from 172 to 500+ students in one year.
- Collaborate across departments to implement intrusive advising and culturally responsive practices to improve student belonging.
- Create data-informed reports and assessments to guide program development and continuous improvement.
