Completed the MDS assessments, as well as notified the team as to when the assessments were open, as well as the closing date. I also did the scheduling. Prior to receiving my degree, I worked as a CNA, assisting residents with their activities of daily living. I also worked as an activity assistant. In this position, I would make a monthly activity calendar that would include a physical, sensual, and memory activity every day. I also charted the activities of each resident.
