My time in customer service has taught me that the best way to communicate is to listen. The only way you can successfully serve your customers is to hear what they need, and sometimes even help them figure out what it is they need. I thoroughly enjoy being able to find solutions for my customers, sometimes sharing my own tips and tricks when the solution isn't available to me. I enjoy learning to be as efficient as can be and having the leadership skills to pass that ability along to my coworkers.
