Developed exceptional problem-solving and relationship-building skills, learned new computer systems and maintained a calm disposition under pressure. Achieved a good amount of positive customer feedback, trying to improve a commitment to customer service and teamwork.
At the contact center, I had to focus on taking calls in a timely manner, while fully focusing on the member’s questions or concerns and being patient and kind to the members. I always asked for helped when needed and had a great relationship with my coworkers and managers. I tried my best always to make sure the calls were done in a timely manner and I took as many as I could a day.
As a crew member, I had to use good communication skills, be able to help customers in a timely manner. I had to prepare food and also attend customers with a positive attitude always. I had experience with making burgers, using fryers, running a drive thru and bagging orders. I also had to have a great relationship with my crew members and managers.
