Summer Student Intern
I gained valuable hands-on experience working with the management and billing department where I created and managed various social media platforms; and assisted the billers with financial tasks such as processing payments, implementing new filing systems, and responding to customer disputes. Additionally, I worked with the front desk by coordinating patient scheduling, check-in, check-out, and facilitated effective communication between patients and medical staff. This role provided a comprehensive educational opportunity, allowing me to develop strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additionally, I learned to meet strict deadlines in a high-pressure environment by collaborating with over fifty patients a day and approximately fifteen coworkers to streamline processes, ultimately contributing to increased customer satisfaction and smoother business operations.
