- Maintain navigation database for Aerodromes in following areas: Airports, Runways, Gates, Communications, Localizer & Glideslopes, Terminal Navaids to the required specification (ARINC 424) and standard, ensuring that pre-determined deadlines are met.
- Analysis of state published information by Aeronautical Information Publications (AIP), AIP Supplements, Airac Supplements, AICs, Airac/AIP Amendments that promulgate changes to aeronautical data within database. Interpretation of results of electronic quality control checks done on data.
- Monitor and review inbound Notams applicable to relevant airspace/aerodromes and ensure Navigational Database is updated.
- Have worked on all world regions such as UK AIP provided by NATS, Africa, Asia, China, Russia , Americas and Canada. Good working knowledge of FAA charts, manuals and data which is made by Jeppesen . I have also trained team members in document analysis for USA region.
