As a Special Services Student Mentor my responsibilities required me to provide academic and emotional support to students of special needs. I advocated for their needs within the educational system. I coordinated access to necessary resources and services for students. I assisted in developing social academic and life skills. I monitored and reported on the students' progress. I collaborated with teachers and professionals to help create a supportive learning environment. I have always motivated and encouraged students to reach their personal as well as academic goals.

As a Taco Bell Manager my responsibilities consisted of training and supervising employees to ensure efficient operations. I maintained elevated levels of customer service by addressing and resolving issues. I oversee inventory, check food counts, and manage waste. I ensure the quality of the restaurant to comply with health and safety regulations. I handle financial needs by preparing financial reports and meeting store financial goals. I lead my team to boost sales and enhance customer engagement. These are a few responsibilities within my role to assure a smooth and efficient operation at Taco Bell.
