  • My position as a tax division intern included aid in data entry with databases specific to the company, helping with employer account maintenance, document processing, and preparing correspondence.
  • My daily task included retrieving mail and Fax records specific to my department and inputting information such as, Social Security number, first and last name, full address, and the date of hire to be input into the New Hire database.
  • I would also input information such as addresses, felony records and SNAP into the database known as WOTC. WOTC is also where I and other members of the team would collectively process documents that were left either certified, denied, or processed using the aid of a database called G-Link. Successfully caught up 6 months' worth of SNAP backlog. On occasion would also input checks into G-Link as well.
