• Partner with operations leaders and managers to support workforce planning, associate relations, and performance management in a high-volume distribution center.
• Serve as a point of contact for associates regarding benefits, leave of absence, attendance, policies, and HR programs.
• Train, coach, and support HR clerks on HR processes, systems, documentation standards, and associate interaction best practices.
• Conduct employee relations support, including issue resolution, documentation guidance, and escalation support in alignment with company policy.
• Manage onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring compliance, engagement, and smooth integration of new hires.
• Maintain accurate personnel records, HRIS data, and reports, ensuring compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Monitor attendance, performance trends, and associate concerns; partner with leadership to recommend corrective or developmental actions.
