My work was in the cookies decoration filling the cookies with glace icing or sugar using stencils to give form and characteristics to the cookies, organizing and sending finished classified cookies to the packing area for their national distribution.

Apply glace, icing or other dressing to baked products using spatulas, brushes , pastry bags , stencil, etc

Cleaning work like sweeping , mopping and washing utensils to maintain clean the equipment and sanitary installations.

Observed the color of finished products, the humidity and the speed of the transporter

Require or receive equipment supply

Combine measurements of ingredients in mixing equipment

Roll, knead ,cut or give form of the cookies dough for the production of cookies or other products.

Verify the quality of the material to guarantee the final product.
