Albani L. Milton-Smith

I'm an accomplished academic professional with a Ph.D. in Educational Technology from Walden University and over 18 years of experience in higher education. My expertise spans academic advising, curriculum development, and student retention, with a strong focus on graduate and undergraduate program management. I have held key roles at the University of Oklahoma and the University of Central Oklahoma, including Senior Academic Counselor and Adjunct Instructor, where I advised students, facilitated transitions into advanced programs, and delivered courses on health, leadership, and sociology. In addition to my teaching and advising roles, I have contributed to academic research and presented findings at professional conferences. With a passion for student success and professional development, I have also trained colleagues in Learning Management Systems and onboarding processes.
