Consistently administer National and Local Agreement between General Motors and the United Auto Workers Union. Daily implementation of our Global Manufacturing Systems, focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Use of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and Throughput Improvement Process (TIP). Great understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Collaborate with different groups and departments to provide exceptional customer service and production. Have served as the "Safety Champion" and "GCA quality champion." Part of a record-breaking team where we built the top 2 all-time Arlington record (more than 34k vehicles in March of 2023 and more than 36k vehicles in October of 2025) and record-breaking profits.
