Responsible for supervising groups of 50-70 employees from any of the 8 groups within the Trim department handling manpower/scheduling, payroll, audits, corrective action/discipline processes, process improvement, etc all to provide historic production and quality. Consistently administer National and Local Agreement between General Motors and the United Auto Workers Union. Daily implementation of our Global Manufacturing Systems, focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE). Use of Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) and Throughput Improvement Process (TIP). Great understanding of manufacturing and assembly processes. Collaborate with different groups and departments to provide exceptional customer service and production. Have served as the "Safety Champion" and "GCA quality champion." Part of a record-breaking team where we built the top 2 all-time Arlington record (more than 34k vehicles in March of 2023 and more than 36k vehicles in October of 2025) and record-breaking profits. Part of the GM Arlington team that achieved a final overall score of 96.8% during our GMS calibration audit—the highest score GM Arlington has ever received from a GMS calibration audit! I had the privilege to lead the PI (People Involvement) portion of the audit where we obtained a 100% perfect principal status and result. I have consistently helped decrease electrical disconnects which then improve our EFTQ scores, helped decrease defects which then improve our DRR quality metrics, and helped decrease down time which improve our throughput and productivity regardless of what group or department I manage.
