- Supported field and project engineering activities on a large industrial infrastructure project, coordinating between design documents, field crews, and subcontractors.
- Created and maintained mechanical equipment lists from P&IDs, tracking locations, elevations, foundations, weights, and installation requirements to support construction planning.
- Performed mechanical piping takeoffs using Bluebeam and Excel, compiling pipe, valve, and support quantities and aligning them with the project schedule.
- Reviewed and marked up in-slab embedment and penetration drawings for concrete pours, identifying utilities, anchor bolts, structural embeds, and process piping requiring installation prior to placement.
- Prepared construction work plans and supporting documentation, including a temporary site water line installation and piping pressure testing procedures, with emphasis on safety and field execution.
- Assisted with material logistics and storage planning, including equipment manifests, space calculations, and layout planning for vendor-supplied equipment.
- Coordinated with subcontractors and vendors on scope, documentation, and invoicing related to temporary facilities and site services.
- Utilized Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam to review models and drawings, verify constructability, and support field coordination.
- Organized and tracked shop drawings and submittals, improving document accessibility for the project team.
