Oversee Line crew on new and existing projects on transmission line pole structures, plan daily goals for safe and productive work on a daily basis deadlines on new and existing projects, order all materials and keep a daily log of hours of job. Work on PUG terminations. Worked on oilfield electrical systems and primary undergrounds.

Frame dig and set pole structures, string out wire and lay up, ding off wire sag and dead end. tie in and energize, Work on existing pole structures. Wire and hang transformer banks and pad mounts of all sizes. Worked on PUG and hi potting. Worked on some transmission line new construction and substation work from the bottom up. Analyze projects for proper structure installation on a safe timely, oversee line crew and work along side of crew members.
