At Bear Arms Defense I was very knowledgeable about firearms and the safety of how to properly use a Firearm.I would help costumers decide on a firearm that would suit them best and showed safety instructions to ensure that the firearms werent being misused. I also kept inventory of what we had on sight and what we could order for a customer if they wanted a special request or the firearm wasn't in our inventory. I helped place certain accessories request onto the firearms like sights,lasers,grips,lighter triggers.Greeted customers on the way in and showed them where our office was to finalize a purchase or negotiate on a price with the owner.Finally I would go on errands to pickup certain items like ammo,a case for the gun,or paperwork to help our customers have a more satisfied experience when visiting us.
