Perform top ends and in-frames on 3500 and 3600 diesel/natural gas engines
Diagnose/repair frac and drill rig engines including but not limited to
setting valves, injector heights, updating flash files, using CAT ET to hook up to CAT engines for codes, troubleshoot and testing. Use SIS to look codes up, to troubleshoot, look up and order parts. Repair electrical and air systems.
Enhanced engine performance by conducting regular maintenance and repairs on diesel engines.
Increased fuel efficiency through the optimization of diesel engines and emissions systems.
Reduced downtime for vehicles by diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues in a timely manner.

Prior to leaving started into TLC/servicing of frac engines on frac sites
Perform/Preventive maintenance on tour and school buses/vans.
-Brakes, tune-ups, replace transmissions, rear ends, injectors, water pumps, turbos.
Diagnose and repair electrical systems, air systems and charging systems.
Perform tune ups on Detroit Diesel engines- 60 series, EGR 60 series engines
Rebuild Engines
Responsible for performing tune ups, overhauls, on series 50/60 engines.
Rebuild, replace turbos, injectors, rocker-arms, cylinder kits and adjust waste-gate openings.
Replace head gaskets, water pumps, cam-seals, heads, front and rear main seals, cam-bearings, main bearings and rod bearings.
Performing tune-ups on 6V/8V Detroit Diesel engines.
Operate "STAR" testing equipment for computer-controlled systems on 7.3 powerstroke engines, E 40 D transmissions and two\four wheel ABS systems.
Analyze/troubleshoot/repair A/C systems( perform A/C change over from R-12 to R-134)
Repair/Replace differential and suspension components.
Troubleshoot/repair 12/24 volt starting/charging systems.
Evaluate and repair air systems including air bags, air compressors, air dryers, brake valves and air cans.
Replace transmissions in all company vehicles including : Gillig, GMC, RTS, Champion, International, Eldorado and Orion coaches.
Troubleshoot and repair Ricon wheel chair lifts.
