During the 2023 FCC turnaround located at Valero Corpus Christi my job duties were:

- Locating and indicating areas in the Reactor & Regenerator that needed immediate attention for repairs during the shutdown.

- Following the work from demolition to installation making sure all steps, procedures per Valero were followed.

- Final inspection of work concluding the integrity of the material will do its job during process.

During the 2023 FCC outage located at EXXON Billings Montana my job duties were: - Locating and indicating areas in the Regenerator that needed immediate attention for repairs during the shutdown. Along with the new door sheet that needed to be removed and installed after the demo of the refractory installed liner. - Following the work from demolition to installation making sure all steps, procedures per Valero were followed. Including qualifications mixing procedures welding procedures gunning installation per EXXON MOBIL specifications - Final inspection of work concluding the integrity of the material will do its job during process.

-Following the dry out procedure for the temperature climbs and hold points to cool down.

During the 2023 FCCU turnaround my duties as an inspector were:

-Locating and indicating areas of immediate repairs during shit down of unit.

-Following work from demolition to installation processes in the Reactor, Regenerator, Scrubbers 3rd stage separator (Tertiary). Checking on square up shell prep, layout, welding procedures, installation of refractory liner.

-Being at the location of mixing and installment of liner observing good installation techniques mixing techniques.

-Qualifications for hand packers, nozzleman breaking qualification sample checking for voids, rebound entrapment lamination and other indications of improper installment, welders etc.

-Final inspection hammer test after 24 hour curing time to make sure the liner was installed properly.

My job duties on this new construction project of 2023 was to install IFB and install kaowool then installation modules.

• During the2023 she’ll motiva turnaround my duties were to install brick on a 3 tier brick wall in between the heater tubes. Reading the blueprints for correct installation.
• Cut bricks and concrete using approved tools such as powered abrasive saws, paving breakers, drills and hand tools.
• Worked safely on scaffolding and swing stages at various heights.
• Demonstrated accurate measurement, calculation and project layout skills.
• Read and interpreted blueprints, plans, or drawings to correctly lay blocks or bricks according to job or client specifications.

• During this 2022 turnaround working in multiple heaters my responsibilities were:
• Demolition, Sandblasting, layout, welding, installation of kaowool blanket, dry lay hard brick, gun refractory, cut back

• During the 2022 air products turnaround located inside Valero refinery my responsibilities were:
• Figure out a way to support bring back buckled brick walls that had collapsed during start up. Removing all blocks that made the tunnel walls in the reformer. Hold points for inspection before installing new refractory “Lego” blocks.
• Back Welding (7018-stick) new plate to shell of reformer. stick(309) welding 304 anchors for new cast.
• Pouring floors and cutting back to an approved finish.
• Chipped slag or removed linings when beyond repair using hammers and chisels.
• Disassembled equipment to make effective repairs and conduct preventive maintenance, keeping each piece of equipment operating at peak levels.

• Following the work making sure the correct materials were being installed while using correct installation methods.
• Observing correct mixing procedure were performed before installation.
• Layouts were etched on the shell of the heaters per owner.
• The correct metals anchors and welding rods were being used during weld procedures.
• Performed visual inspections and non-destructive tests where appropriate.
• Evaluated components and final products against quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Developed and implemented inspection processes to define criteria and quality control measures.
• Examined products for imperfections and defects.
• Recorded inspection and test results on data sheets.
• Checked color, shape, texture and grade of products and materials against established templates, charts, and samples.
