As a stock associate I assist with processing shipments and completing tasks promptly. I also support with floorsets and remerchandising efforts to maintain an updated sales area with current collections.

• When I started as a stock associate I assisted with receiving shipments and maintaining organization in the stockroom. I also supported the sales team by replenishing sales area and ensuring product availability. Once promoted to full-time floor manager within two months, my responsibilities included focusing on driving sales and achieving goals. I also provide coaching and support to team members while upholding standards for back of house operations as well.

• As stock manager at Ted Baker my role was to manage the team that received shipments, keeps the stockroom to a high standard and replenish the sales area while also having a keyholder role when I am in the sales area. As a keyholder my role was to push for sales and assist the team to provide the clients with the best customer service they can have from when they are greeted when coming in all the way until they are ready to check out at the register. My responsibilities consist of nightly paperwork, standardizing the store, managing the team and assisting them with achieving their sales goals.

• I assisted in achieving daily sales goals through effective sales initiatives. I would partner up with management to help adjust the store layout regularly to highlight current collections and available stock. I also assisted with shipment processing at offsite the storage and conducted bi-daily trips to replenish store inventory due to space constraints.

• As a Stock Associate at Abercrombie & Fitch my main job function is to process shipment, keep the stockroom in order and replenish the sales floor. I also help out on the sales floor by providing excellent customer service and helping with sales.

• As a Keyholder at Philipp Plein my main role was to drive sales and push business. In order to drive sales I identified what the client was shopping for and provide them with the best personal shopping experience they can have. This created a positive relationship with our clientele allowing us to reach out to them when receiving new merchandise that they might be interested in. Other responsibilities consist of processing shipment, nightly paperwork and standardizing the sales area.

• My main role was to provide excellent customer service and meet my sales goals. I approached customers right when they came in and help them find exactly what they were shopping for. My goal was to provide the customer with an amazing shopping experience that would ensure the customer returned.

• As a Brand Ambassador at Wockshop my main function was to help make sales for the Jabbawockeez merchandise. Knowing about the Jabbawockeez brand helps me fulfill my role.

• As a Stock associate at Coach one of my many tasks was to process shipment, keep the stockroom up to a high standard, replenish the sales area as well as assist customers on the sales floor by asking open ended questions and providing great customer service. Making a sale was made easier with the variety of accessories coach has to offer. I would upsell by suggesting the customer add a matching wallet, strap, watch or even care products for their purchase.

• As a merchandising associate at Saks Fifth Avenue my role was to organize the merchandise by brand and cater to the specific requirements of each department.

• As a Sales Associate at Clarks my main job function was to fulfill the needs of the customer by understanding what they were looking for as they came in. When doing this I would ask open ended questions to comprehend exactly what they were shopping for. Once we were set on at least 2 pairs of shoes, I would suggest the customer add some accessories that would compliment their purchase whether it be matching socks, leather care or even a small handbag.
