Collected waste from residential and commercial areas, ensuring proper disposal and adherence to safety regulations. Completed daily pre-trip inspections, performed routine maintenance, and reported any issues. Utilized navigation tools to plan efficient routes, resulting in timely waste collection. I was responsible of about 20 drivers, Making sure all deliveries got delivered on time. I had to make sure all proper paperwork for all the trucks were filled out and all inspections passed, reviewing lytix recording system to ensure all drivers are being safe.
