• Supervise the Security Staff

• Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems as well as upkeep of CCTV monitor systems including requesting upgrades and authorizing new camera projects and installments
• Work closely with contactors related to CCTV maintenance and installation
• Authorize, monitor, and document access to secured areas
• Assist owners/guests/associates during emergency situations, as well as crisis management
• Respond to accidents, contact EMS or administer first aid/CPR as required
• Gathering information and complete investigation reports
• Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents, release information to authorized individuals
• Defuse disturbances in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Resolve safety hazard situations
• Handle all interruptions and complaints
• Escort unauthorized persons from the property
