- I got 6 years experience, been grading since highschool, 24 years old. I was earning 28 an hour last year and switched companies and took a dollar less for more hours. They offered me foreman position 2 weeks ago and salary here instead of my 3 month evaluation but my license didn’t get approved cause it’s provisional and they don’t want to give raises to anyone hourly right now.
- I can run fine grade on bulldozer with or without gps, where I’m working currently, we mostly grade with string line and laser.
- Operated heavy machinery to support construction projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
