• Fabricator/welder

Fabricated/Welded designed skid units for food processing facilities. Specifically, but not limited to the fats and oils industries. These skid unit would normally include the following: Plate and frame heat exchangers, Centrifugal pumps, Air/manual ball valves Modulating valves, various temperature and pressure metering devices and 99% 304/316 SS Sanitary tubing.

• Types of skids: Remelt units, Pre-cooler units, Hot water units, Pasteurizer units.
• Fabricated/Welded machines that will fill Drywall finishing material into 5gal buckets or smaller
• Fabricated/Welded Flow plate units for various fats and oil facilities
• Field service technician

I would travel nationally and international to different facilities to perform preventative maintenance or repair a specific issue on the machine. The types of machines are as follows.

Scrape surface heat exchangers, Pin rotor machines, Piston type High Pressure Pumps. I would also Refurbish these types of machines in the shop.

• Welder Fabricator

I would fabricate and Mig weld diesel tanks that are a part of power generators. Would also work in a team of four to build frames that support Modular equipment centers.
