-Led a crew of 1-3 tower technicians to safely perform all tasks on tower top including but not limited to: Decommission of existing antennas/radios/OVPs/cabling, rigging/hoisting materials, installation of new equipment as instructed in construction drawings and RFDS, documenting all work completed each day with photos, and putting together close-out packages.

-Executed precise antenna alignments using specialized tools to ensure optimal signal strength in targeted coverage areas.

-Assisted in rigging operations for safe hoisting of heavy equipment on towers during installation projects.
