As a District Manager,
I drive gold standards operations at Panera Bread, by making sure the restaurants in my market area are always, safe and ready for business 100% of the time. During this market conditions we're fully aware of the changes that requires operation any restaurant. My plans for the future at Panera is to run the restaurants full of empowered people connected towards one mission, "Excellence Guest Experience", by people who feels, love and share their passion for what we do everyday. As a Facilities Manager,
At the same time that I'm District manager, I am the Facilities Manager for all 3 markets, 14 Restaurants, responsible for: (3 technicians)
- Technicians training and development
- Scheduling routine inspections and emergency repairs
- Write weekly and weekends schedules
- Find new vendors for emergency repairs and new installations
- Creating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurrences for supervisors and other relevant staff
- Develop relationship between property managers, OSC, General managers and other District Managers
- Arrange payment between vendors, OSC and AP.
- Ensuring that each one of the others District Managers get the support they need everyday as the restaurants equipments fail.
- Schedule the technicians everyday based on priorities (standards to critical work orders)
- Techs vehicle maintenance.
- All necessary actions to keep the Technicians working smooth.
This position requires training for 35-40 new crew members in 5 days to open a new location:
Overseeing and coaching General Manager to ensure training quality as expected, and up to Chipotle's standards.
In this position, I am responsible for General Manager duties and expectations, in addition to overseeing other General Manager locations +4
