- I've had the honor to be a team leader at HEB for 12 years. Leading a team from 4 guys to 20 guys depending on stores.
- My responsibility is to make sure that we get the job done on time.
- While leading my team, I'd also receive trucks in middle of my shift to make sure we take care of dairy, produce, and/or dry grocery to make sure they were staged in the proper area of the store.
- In the beginning of my shift, I was in charge of staging the grocery truck so that whenever my team arrived they were ready to get started breaking down the pallets
- I've been involved in using power jacks, and fork lifts for 12 years and have also trained people into using them the proper way.
- Monitored stock levels to ensure adequate supply for production needs.
- Managed the accurate ordering, receiving and issuing of stock items.
