  • Perform desktop survey using drone footage, CD’s,RFDS, Structural analysis and Mount Analysis of existing tower infrastructure, rooftop sites, ground space, and shelter conditions. To review and confirm BOM
  • Identify necessary upgrades or modifications based on customer SOWs (Scope of Work), site conditions, and tower configuration.
  • Create detailed BOMs for all civil and RF components (antenna mounts, coax, RRU brackets, fiber trays, electrical gear, grounding kits, etc.).
  • Measure and record dimensions, equipment elevations, azimuths, and check for skew corrections required
  • Allocate realistic cycle times (construction durations) for steel work, rigging, cable runs, testing, and commissioning activities.

  • Check and validate construction documents with construction crews that site is built per plan as part of site completion and ensure site is alarm-free and issue-free and all close-out requirements are met before releasing construction crews (tower technicians) and Integration crews (field engineers).
  • Prepare quotes for add-on scope.
