At the YMCA I was hired to teach a boot camp class called Stroller Fitness. It was created to encourage parents to get back in the gym and allow them the space to get their workout in while their children, if they chose. The class started with 7 people and within 2 years it had upwards of 70 participants. I would lead them in a variety of formats and different programs 3 days a week and hopefully made them feel welcome no matter the ability, number of children, or post partum conditions. The class helped create a community of people that offered them freedom and comfort to move their bodies and feel good!

I also taught a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class and a TRX suspensions training class.
