I’ve worked for this company for 5 and a half years, it’s a mom and pop type of business. It’s a restaurant, a store and a gas station in one. We sell gas, products, food, we cater food for big events, and we also sell a lot of our product to big companies who buy for their employees during holidays. My job insisted of managing the store, keeping up with the register and the stock of our items. That also included online sells. A few other responsibilities of mine included answering calls and emails pertaining to product sales, customer support and concerns, and our financial management. I’ve learned many useful skills from working here that I can use at any other job. Such as, team management skills, leadership, integrity and enthusiasm, and I have a great customer-centric mindset.
