Proven in enhancing guest relations and problem-solving, my tenure at AMC and Reid Hospital showcases a knack for maintaining high service standards under pressure. Excelling in proactive engagement and clear communication, I adeptly balanced customer needs with operational efficiency, significantly contributing to improved customer satisfaction. My services also required customer interactions that allowed for positive relations.
Professional food service worker ready to contribute to residential dining environments. Known for delivering excellent service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety. Collaborative team player who adapts to changing needs, consistently providing reliable support and quality service. Overall, both interactive positions that have provided good experience from customer service based to reliance on other coworkers and bonding.
In my own high school career, I had bounced around from different sports such as doing field in track and field. Joined different clubs like Green Club where we helped recycle and clean the Centerville High school to our own D&D club. Loved choir so we did competition and ended up winning state. From choir, I went on to do musicals for our high school which lead to theater. During theater, I was juggling track and field while also juggling my job at Reid. The only reason I had left Reid Hospital was because of my high school career and being on varsity for both track and bowling my whole high school career. Once I reached a good point in my life, I decided to apply to AMC and ended up staying for a year. For both jobs, I've loved my coworkers and the jobs themselves but had left both for school reasons and flexibility with both. Now that I am a college student at IU East, my clubs and such have moved on. Now, I've focused more on my job while also joining different activates such as metal smithing and clay sculpting. I've stayed at AMC since my senior year at Centerville till my now sophomore year but it was time to move on for a more flexible position.
