• Operating Grinding Equipment: Setting up and operating various grinding machines, both manual and automatic, to grind parts to precise tolerances.
• Deburring and Finishing: Performing deburring and grinding operations to ensure parts meet surface finish requirements and company standards.
• Quality Control: Using measuring tools like micrometers, gauges, and calipers to verify part accuracy and surface finish, and notifying management of quality issues.
• Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance on grinding equipment to ensure proper operation and safety.
• Production Tasks: Following written and verbal instructions, interacting with production systems, and completing tasks within deadlines.
• Safety and Cleanliness: Following safety procedures, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained.

• Sales Generation: Drive sales by using passion for technology and customer service to fulfill customer needs and expand the Verizon network.
• Customer Interaction: Establish connections with customers, uncover their needs, and provide solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain the capabilities of wireless devices and services, showcasing equipment features.
• Store Operations: Assist with daily store tasks like inventory control, cash management, and administrative duties.
