  • Drove a culture of diversity and inclusion - First manager to have deaf associate attend a Gemba Kaizen meeting at MKE1, weeks later to be promoted from a Tier I to Tier III making them the 2nd deaf process assistant in the state of Wisconsin.   • Rolled out a building freight elevator safety campaign - Partnered with tech facilities team to install floor magnets for freight doors to eliminate potential injuries and other barriers for associates.
