  • Ensure the ticket and receipt levels are substantial by use of Spark

  • Monitor system for inadequacy, errors or malfunctions
  • Troubleshoot any issues within the system, providing a fast and efficient response

  • Inspect stations for trash and debris, abandoned, and/or vandalized vehicles
  • Ensure all Ambassadors are present at designated stations when calling out on time (Safety precautions exercised here also)
  • Remind staff members of learning assignments and time sheets that are due
  • Convey to command center operators and Ambassadors information obtained in bi-weekly staff meetings pertaining to them
