Work History
Machinery Operator
Paplow Harvesting and Trucking
Iona, Minnesota
04.2025 - Current
I am employed by Paplow's Harvesting and Trucking, and my main role is operating a 8260 Case harvester for the American grain belt, all throughout the Midwest. I hold a Class A license, which allows a gross weight of 80,000 pounds.
Before the operation, I complete a pre-check and conduct maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure it is up to performing standards, so it reduces downtime during harvesting. Such as checking oils, lubricating components, replacing worn parts, fuel, etc.
Following my experience with machinery. I have completed three seeding seasons across Australia, which commence from April to July of 2022-2024. I was responsible for the daily operation checks, maintenance, and planter adjustment. I have operated a 500 hp Case Quadtrac pulling a 60 ft Boss planter and a John Deere 9520 R pulling a 60 ft Equalizer with a Bourgault bin. Crops planted included wheat, barley, peas, granola, and lupines.
Other experience: topping, slashing, de-bagging, grain cart, forklifts, loading grain trucks, and front-end loader experience.

At the Caves Motor Inn, I was employed as an all-rounder. One day, I would be in the kitchen prepping food, and the next, I would be cleaning rooms.
Cleaned tables, chairs, dishes, polished cutlery, and glassware after each meal period ended.
Prepared under supervision, entrées, side dishes, main meals, and desserts for guests during catering events, such as weddings. This was a buffet style, so it was my responsibility to ensure the food was kept topped up and from spoiling.
