I was assigned Quartet as an independent responsibility on the referrals team. Quartet is a referral
source for providers to send a referral for patient's to be seen with a mental health provider. It was my
responsibility to retrieve referrals from the portal within 24 hours. To ensure that all referrals were received I
managed this task by checking the portal every 15 minutes. Managing the Quartet portal taught me
time management skills and accountability.
