• Negotiate with carriers to secure favorable rates and terms for shipping, ensuring the best combination of cost-efficiency and delivery time.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams and logistics partners to manage inventory levels and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Manage and monitor transportation costs, identifying areas to optimize for cost savings, while ensuring accurate billing and invoicing.
• Assist in business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities with both existing and potential clients.

• Manage and execute shipments by inputting essential information, such as AWB (Air Waybill) details, weights, HAWBs (House Air Waybill), and other shipment-related data.
• Ensure timely delivery of cargo while coordinating necessary clearances, including 1F, 1C, 1D, or USDA certifications, before dispatch.
• Facilitate the smooth movement of goods by ensuring all required documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and safety standards for the transport of hazardous materials.
• Verify that dangerous goods shipments meet all required specifications and limitations, ensuring they are airworthy and in compliance with relevant international regulations.
• Oversee outbound flights, ensuring that all weights and cargo are accurately manifested and processed before flight lockout times.
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email, providing customers with essential information on estimated time of arrival (ETA), last free days, storage options, and cut-off times.

Address and resolve basic customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and maintaining smooth communication throughout the shipment process.
