  • Processing Family Packets that must be printed, checked over and signed to be mailed out.
  • First assignment in admin was creating Fingerprint Kits for our clients and making sure they were sent out in a timely manner, as I adjusted to the role I made suggestions and created a more efficient system which allowed for more kits to be sent out per day than the one previously used, which I have since trained other Admins to use.
  • Asked for and received training in other various areas of Admin work such as submitting FBI FOIA’s, mailing out contact and closing letters, gift cards for clients and helping mail out client documents such as EAD’s, SSC, and LPR’s. I enjoyed working with and helping my fellow admins complete any pending work that they may need help completing.

  • When at Front Desk my duties included knowing how to help and explain what may be unfamiliar terms to our clients, handling important documents and making sure they got scanned and uploaded correctly into all the areas they were required to go to and also handing over important documents to both clients and other employees and making sure the procedures for such tasks got done correctly, also making sure any and all forms of payments were properly recorded.
  • Working well in a team setting while also being able to work independently and making sure all of my tasks got completed for the day, such as making sure any calendars and calls that were my responsibility got completed in a timely manner and making sure that those who needed to be informed of any task that were pending or completed were aware as well.

  • I would also provide any information about attractions in the area. As a CMP agent I became very familiar with helping guests coming into San Antonio and persuading them to take advantage of all the promotions Wyndham has to offer them, while they were in town.

Front Office Supervisor

  • As the office supervisor I was in charge of making sure all the daily tasks were achieved.
  • My own tasks included depositing any car payments we receive in the bank and making sure to update QuickBooks and Frazer (car sale system) with those funds.
  • Tasked with paying for any new vehicles we purchased for the lot and creating files for them. My duties also included creating the contracts for our car sales and having the customers sign them and to make sure they understood the paperwork they were signing and creating their files and was able to do so in both English and Spanish.
  • I also handled contacting customers who were late on their payments and making sure that we received those funds or moved forward and alerted upper management that we may need to repossess the vehicle.
  • I was also the main point of contact for all our customers, and handled any questions or concerns they may have had.

  • As a supervisor, I helped maintain the store by making sure the employees under my care received their allocated breaks and lunches in a timely manner, as well as helping with organizing schedules to make sure each department had the coverage needed.
