At The Home Depot contact center, I took leadership in contests at work. When I wasn't running the contests, I would participate in the contests.
At Aurora Payments, I took on a few different projects at different times. One being invalid tax ID numbers and another is ACH REJECTS/NACHA HOLDS as full time projects. I did end up also taking on the project of training the new hires as well as doing my own work on top of that.
All in all, I love going above and beyond to help my colleagues with personal and work related issues.
