-Monitor, delegate and run all daily operations

-Scheduling depending on business needs in multiple areas. Anywhere from 25-90 employees at a time.

-HR duties- Interviewing, hiring and onboarding as well as terminations and corrective actions.

-Oversight of all operational stats and key performance indicators.

-Collaboration with QA department to ensure compliance in operations.

-Working with outside vendors for business needs.

-Community involvement

-Marketing strategies and implementations.

-Hosting internal and outside agency audits.

-Staff development

-Leadership development and performance reviews.
